How we work
Run like a private client practice
I spent ten years on a Bay Street trading floor, and I run One Fine Voyage the way the best private bankers run their books: a short client list, one point of contact, and a file that remembers everything.
Your room preferences, the airline seat you won't take, the child who needs a pool and the parent who needs a lift. Once I know them, I don't ask again. Most clients start with one trip and end up handing over their whole calendar, from a long weekend in Napa to a family reunion in Tuscany.

At our partner hotels, stays booked through One Fine Voyage typically include daily breakfast for two, a property credit for dining or spa, a welcome amenity, and priority for upgrades and early check-in or late check-out when available. Before you arrive, I brief the hotel on who you are and what you like.
Perks vary by property. Stays booked on loyalty points aren't eligible.
